This K24-swapped Civic was commissioned for the design, integration, and fabrication of a custom turbocharger system. A full-size radiator was installed to optimize street cooling, utilizing a custom tubular lower section integrated with the factory upper core support. The entire core support and cooling assembly are removable to provide comprehensive engine access for maintenance. The intercooler and intake piping are chassis-mounted with vibration isolation. The intake is oriented toward the headlight to facilitate direct airflow to the turbocharger when the filter and headlight are removed during track use.
