I was commissioned to design and fabricate a custom exhaust system for an E30 restoration project featuring an M52 engine swap. Due to the aftermarket header’s large primary tubes, a standard solution was not viable. I performed the fabrication on-site at the owner’s residence using a mobile fabrication setup specially built out by myself. The system incorporates premium components from Stainless Bros and a Vibrant V-band assembly, ensuring a matching aesthetic and ease of serviceability.
